Return, Warranty and Exchange Policy
We realize that not all things are perfect allof the time. In the event of an actual manufacturer’s defect, we require your assistance in processing your claim because most area rug sizes, including 8′ x 10′ and smaller, are rushed directly to you from the factory sometimes.
We will make an appointment and someone from our office will go to re-roll the rug and pack it for pick up. Take a photo of the defect and mail it to the store manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your sales consultant will make arrangements for you to re-select or exchange the rug. Report the defect immediately to the store manager in any case.
At Luxurify we offer a seven (7) day exchange policy from the billing date. We don’t allow returns on most of our products. This information will also be written at the back of your product. Exchange of goods is only possible if the product is received in a sellable condition with the original packing and labels that were present when the product was sold to you within 7 days of sale. A member of our team will inspect the product and after that a confirmation will be given to you that your return has been excepted or not. If approved you will be offered exchange or a refund. All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. Products offered during clearance sale cannot be exchanged/returned. All returned products that were drop shipped and then returned are subject to 5% deduction on invoice value and the return shipping costs incurred by Luxurify will be paid by the customer.
